The honed finish keeps the surface matte and soft to the touch, emphasising colour depth and natural movement while reducing glare. This is a quality often preferred for flooring and high-traffic interior surfaces.
Dark Emperador 2 cm slabs can be considered for interior flooring, wall cladding, bathrooms, staircases, lobby and reception areas, and bespoke architectural details. In both contemporary and more classical schemes it pairs effectively with lighter stones and neutral materials wherever contrast and a clear material hierarchy are part of the design intent.
